Since we were children we are asked that famous question: "What are you going to be when you grow up?", but it seems that back then it was easier to answer, isn't it? When the time for the Enem exam arrives, the answer for many is no longer so obvious... And even for those who were so assertive in choosing which course they would take in the (first) college, a doubt may arise that grows with each passing year. over and over again until it becomes anguish or even a disease! Yes, academic or professional dissatisfaction can seriously affect our mental health. Work doesn't have to be a place of torture and suffering... In fact, that's where we develop our purpose in life and contribute to society, feeling useful and worthy!
